Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 13, 2025
Owner/Controller: Tishedalichuo LLC (USA, Wyoming)

Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the following sites (collectively, the “Site”):
- tishedalichuo.com (primary site)
- privacy.tishedalichuo.com (policy site)
- terms.tishedalichuo.com (terms site)
It also covers any U.S. SMS messaging program (A2P 10DLC) we may operate under the Tishedalichuo name. (Details below in “SMS Communications (U.S. 10DLC)”.)
Current status: We operate simple, informational pages with cookie consent managed by CookieYes. Microsoft Clarity analytics loads only if you opt in via the banner. We do not run advertising pixels.
What We Collect
Strictly necessary data (always on). To deliver and protect the Site, our hosting/CDN and security layers process network‑level data such as IP address, request URL, referrer, user‑agent, and related log information. This processing is essential to operate the Site, defend against abuse, and ensure availability.
Analytics (optional; only after consent). If you choose Allow Analytics in the cookie banner, we load Microsoft Clarity. Clarity collects usage information (e.g., page views, clicks, scroll depth, device/viewport data, heatmaps, and session replays). We configure Clarity to mask sensitive text where feasible and to avoid capturing keystrokes in form fields. You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie Settings in the banner.
We do not sell personal information and do not use cross‑context behavioral advertising.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your text messaging opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be processed by our service providers (such as email or SMS platforms) solely to deliver the services you requested.
When You Contact Us
If you contact us voluntarily (e.g., by email or by phone), we will process the personal information you provide (such as name, email/phone, and message) solely to respond and handle your request. We do not sell or share this information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
Marketplace Sales (Amazon KDP & Amazon Wholesale/FBA)
We do not sell products directly on the Site. Purchases, if any, occur on third‑party platforms (such as Amazon KDP or Amazon.com under FBA/Wholesale). Those platforms process orders and payments under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card data from those platforms. We may receive limited order‑related information (e.g., order ID, masked email, product details) solely to provide support or handle inquiries.
SMS Communications (U.S. 10DLC)
We may offer U.S. SMS messages (informational or service updates). At this time, we do not collect phone numbers on the Site; if you opt in via other permitted channels, these terms apply:
- Opt‑in & Consent. You consent to receive SMS from us by providing your number via an allowed method. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message Frequency. Varies based on your interactions (e.g., service notices).
- Fees. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt‑out. Reply STOP to stop.
- Help. Reply HELP or email [email protected].
- Use of Numbers. We use your phone number solely to deliver SMS and related support; we do not sell or share this information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
- Retention. We delete your number upon request or when it is no longer needed to provide messaging.
- Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Telecom Compliance & Number Registration (U.S.)
To enable messaging deliverability and legal compliance, we may share our business profile (e.g., brand name, business contact details, and messaging program information) and our sending phone numbers with U.S. telecom registration services (e.g., A2P 10DLC brand/campaign registries and number‑whitelisting services). We do not sell personal information. We do not submit your individual SMS content to registries except as may be required for compliance reviews.
Voice caller ID reputation. For outbound voice calls, we may submit our business caller information and numbers to Free Caller Registry, a service that distributes caller identity/reputation data to Hiya, First Orion, and Transaction Network Services (TNS) used by major U.S. carriers (and Rogers in Canada). This is intended to reduce erroneous spam labeling; it does not guarantee any particular labeling outcome.
Service Providers / Infrastructure
We currently use: - Carrd Inc. (website hosting) - Cloudflare, Inc. (reverse‑proxy/CDN/WAF and other security/performance services). Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (e.g., bot‑management identifiers such as _cfbm) and process network‑level data to deliver and secure the Site. - CookieYes (Consent Management Platform) — displays the cookie banner and stores user choices (e.g., consent cookie cookieyes-consent). - Microsoft Clarity (analytics), only if you opt in via the banner. - Squarespace (domain/DNS management) - Zoho Mail (email) - Amazon platforms (KDP / Amazon.com) for marketplace operations (no sales occur on the Site) - Telecom messaging and registration providers (e.g., A2P 10DLC registries and U.S. business number whitelisting) for messaging deliverability and compliance; we do not sell personal information. - Caller reputation providers: Free Caller Registry (distributing to Hiya, First Orion, TNS) for voice caller ID reputation; no personal information is sold. - Beehiiv (subscription and consent management), only if you opt in via the form.
These providers process limited data under their own privacy policies and retention schedules.
Cookies & Tracking
Strictly necessary (always on). Essential cookies and similar technologies used to operate, secure, and deliver the Site (e.g., Cloudflare bot‑management identifiers; the CookieYes consent cookie). These cannot be switched off in our systems because they are required for core functionality and security.
Analytics (optional). Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after your opt‑in. You may change your choice anytime via Cookie Settings in the banner.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor your choices in the cookie banner. Where your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt‑out of non‑essential cookies to the extent required by applicable law.
Security, CDN & Access Controls
We use a CDN/reverse proxy and web application firewall to improve performance and protect the Site. For risk mitigation and compliance, we may apply rate‑limiting, bot filtering, IP reputation checks, or geographic access controls. These measures are part of essential security operations.
Legal Bases (EU/UK only, if applicable)
Legitimate interests: operating and protecting the Site (hosting, CDN/WAF, security logging), responding to your inquiries.
Consent: analytics (Microsoft Clarity) and any optional communications such as SMS where you opt in.
Canada (PIPEDA)
If you are located in Canada, your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access and correct your personal information, and to request information about how we handle it.
Retention
Correspondence: Deleted upon request; otherwise kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or as required by law.
SMS Numbers: Deleted upon request or when no longer needed to deliver messages.
Security logs/CDN logs: Retained by our providers for operational and abuse‑detection windows.
Analytics: Retained in Microsoft Clarity according to Microsoft’s default retention periods.
“Sale”/“Sharing” of Personal Information (U.S. state laws)
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any required opt‑out mechanisms (e.g., “Your Privacy Choices”).
Children
The Site and our messaging are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reputable providers and standard technical measures to host and deliver the Site and messaging. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. By using the Site, contacting us, or opting in to SMS, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Your Rights
General (U.S.): You may contact us to request access or deletion of information you previously provided.
•** EU/UK (if applicable)**: You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email [email protected].
